the lighting creates a nice mood here,but the choice of a wideangle lens without supporting it with foreground interest is wrong,in my opinion. Instead of being small pink dots in the distance,the flamingos should play a stronger role in the composition.You probably couldn't go closer,so I think you should have tried a telephoto angle to the scene.

good idea it is,but it would be much more effective if the mirror had something more interesting to reflect. For me,the best part of the image is the distant view of the clouds and mountains and the rock on the left. Your uploaded photo is also rather small,and I think it lessens its impact.
