Yeah..this IS very cool....and I dig the idea of a black frame... that shadow almost looks like liquid...like a mirage.. nice work.

This is really pretty cool..yeah. Yes the horizion is over sharpened but that can be fixed.
I also want to burn the midtones a bit on the buildings for more depth. Thats all tech stuff though. Artisticlly speaking it's a fabulous image... nice fresh tones.

Incredible..really really. I would have left just a little bit more room over the little ones head fro scaling reasons(small child/big world) but wow this is fantastic work.

Hey Paul..the lens is a Marexar Ultrawider ...it's very old..my dad gave it to me
as a gift..he had it probably 30 years or so. It's a fantastic lens..lots of fun..and believe it or not it can be pretty sharp too!

This is beautiful...love the tones..love the movement and LOVE the grain... but that's a matter of "taste" I guess. I have often purposely used grain as an artistic touch...not that I'm an expert or anything...wonderful work.
