indeed linda, part of the criteria for this project is a person, ie portrait really,
have a quick look at , home 35 and objects 23,
i think you might prefer 35 to fit,
still very nice work,.

Linda, I like the arrangement very much. I just think the DOF should have encompassed the spoon (seems to be slightly out of focus)

Thank you Paul. I am always stuck with arranging stuff when it comes to commercial (kind of...) photos. You are probably right, or I should've put the spoon somewhere else. Had enough of those stupid vegetables for a while :)

You've done a good job Linda. I think a slightly smaller aperture to bring the spoon into clear focus (as well) would have helped

I'm always curious what can others see in my photos, first I did not choose a title, but probably my photos are not so good to tell a story. Sometimes there is no story, just a moment in time, in this case, this photo is a portrait of my father. I haven't asked him to "pose", in fact I'm not even sure he knew I was taking pictures. Later I found this one interesting, just looking through the window as if he was thinking about the past years.
I loved your photos, went through your portfolio because I was hoping to find some night shots of the light show in Tsarevetz :)
I am half bulgarian ;)
You last photos are absolutely stunning, I wanted to leave a comment but all I could say is something like "I want to hang this on my wall!!!" :)

i thought there was a question in your about on this image,
my first thought was the shear concentration in the face,
your title now gives me a clue, perhaps looking at old family photos and holding back the tears,.

Thank you Paul. Actually I had no slight clue either, my studio photos are pictures of my colleagues which I took when I started working there and asked them to let me practice on them. :) I have never even seen studio lights and equipment before.
