You seem to be quite lucky being able to travel for 6 years - wow! I have a company with 15 employees and can therefore only travel for about 12 weeks every year.
To your question concerning swimming in the lakes of plitvice. Unforturnately it's not allowed - the good thing is: since there is nobody in the water it stays crystal clear I have never seen such a clean freshwater lake. The whole place is one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen and I did some traveling too. (and I can tell you: it's possible to swimm if you be there very early in the morning ;-)

I hope you are president now! By the way, his seems to be a pretty difficult rock which you are going to climb on (I was climbing by myself but never managed more than 7+ in a "climbing garden")
