Thanks for the all comments.
The man alongside the horse stays with the horse throughout its life, and his life revolves around the horse.
So he deserves the place in the photo :-)
I agree though that the white horse running alone on the vast expanse of muddy plain land and the blue sky above would make for a wonderful photo.

Thanks for the comments. The place, Bhigwan, is full of all different species of birds from Dec till around March, and migrating flemingos are found in great numbers, and is thus a common site this time of the year.
Btw, I did not do any cropping on the image.
