Wonderful shot, Ivo. Beautiful capture of the details of this elegant bird. We have not seen as many this year as other years. Of course, we have been in Toronto a lot.

Great shot, Ivo! Maybe a wee bit overexposed, otherwise perfect. The slight bit of motion blur is good, else the bird would look like it's hanging still in mid-air, while now we can clearly sense the power of these wings.

Hi Ivo,
This is a great freeze on a classic moment. Just think how many people try for this shot and spend a great deal of time sitting and waiting. You've done a fantastic job of capturing this moment with the water suspended in the air and the bird thrashing in the water.

His pose is cute. He thinks he is a model. ;) He looks like a combination of a pineapple, turkey, peacock, emu, and a few other things. Maybe he is just confused. Great shot.
