I used two Bowens heads, one 500 with Oct to left of image and one 250 with softbox to right.

This image has a real cool effect it almoust looks like it still is spinning. Nice colours and light.

I think this is a white legged damselfly (platycnemis pennipes), but I'm not 100% sure of that.
