Thanks for the comment.
because I don't do PS very much, so I am not too sure how to lighten the shadow yet maintaining the light area not to be too strong....but I will try later.
Thanks

Thanks for comments.
As I tried here, I think croping the photo will unfortunately destroy the feel of the image and it doesn't looks as good as it's original....
Please tell me what do you think?

Sorry I was thinking driving distance. Anyhow I checked gregory's and it looks to be about 8ks.

I think it could have been the trees that had covered up the view for me on my last visit, will definitely look out for that view.

Merry Xmas,
Ben

Steve,
I totally lost you.... As I just travel to Sydney for 4 weeks and it was for the job, I didn't really moving around Sydney very much. What I am saying is that I don't know where is exactly Mosman, but thanks for clear things up for me. I hope Ben know where is Mosman. :P
Anyway, thanks for your compliments.
Cheers~

excellent shot here! you nailed this one. well done.

Ben, the zoo is at Mosman, which, as the crow flies would not be further than a couple of kilometres i would think.

Thanks for the comment.
For your information, I didn't do anything with the photo, I agreed with what you said...but it is not impossible to get the opera from there the Giraffe are, it took me quit a while waiting for the chance where I can get the Giraffes on the angle that I wanted, that I have put the icon of Sydney behind the scene. I guess the only reseon that it looks closer then it supposed to be is because the background was blurred...with 300mm lens, I have to give up the depth of field to enable the shutter speed that is fast enough to get the sharp image.
Hopefully I've answered your question. Thanks again...and glad that you enjoyed the photos.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you.

Hi Kian,
Did you do something with this photo?
Didn't think you can see the opera from where the giraffes are, or at least not that close (20km).
Either way its a very nice photo and it caught my eyes straight away. I will be going there myself next month!
Cheers,
Ben

Thanks a lot for the comment, it is a natural shot, not even with filter or flash light.
The only difficulty with this shot is get the camera steady without Tri-pod (because I didn't have one) as the shutter speed was pretty slow.
Thank you.

Wow, this is absolutely STUNNING! The colors are gorgeous and there is so much depth. It is really fascinating to look at. Did you do any work is PSP or is this the natural shot?

Great work!

Thanks for the comment, I was trying to fit the flower into the frame and forgot the other portions of it. I wouldn't noticed this until you mentioned it, thank you, and I will try harder next time.
