'Higher filter'? What do you mean?

And, yeah, it's going to have low contrast by its very nature. It's a single-element glass lens produced around 1915...

There seems to be so much that is humanity on that wall. It makes me feel that everything is very unified, that everybody is in relationship to one another, in some way.

I think it being part of a city's transportation workings is symbolically important, and adds to the overall feeling.

An absolutely photogenic shed. It's represented well, here.

I, too, love my film camera, but images such as this soften up my dislike of digital a bit.

Very intense, emotional piece. The title works very well in directing one to the heart of the photograph.

Very nice. The tonal relationship between field, mountain, and sky, is very pleasing.

Nice perspective, too. It :feels: lower than eye-level, which makes for a nice, subtle shift.

He's (she's?) a cutie!

And I don't say that about a whole lot.

Good shot.

I can't help but have that same impulse every time I fly.

Very dramatic, and textured. I like it.

Wonderful tone. Natural shot.

Good work.

This image almost makes me want to get one, to have fun with it.

Sort of like me wanting to get a Holga.

Almost.

Yes, very nicely composed. It pleases these eyes.

The tonality, too, is great for digital. I'm not normally one for the format, but here it looks great...

You're right, it does look like sand. I get more of a 'hot' feeling from this than a cold.

The simple composition really makes it emotionally complex. Great shot!

I am not aware of this band, though perhaps I should give them a listen?

I'm glad you can enjoy it!

I feel very 'pulled away' by this image. And I think that it's more me seeing the shape of somebody in its aesthetic, being taken somewhere; but it's all the same, if you understand.

Thank you.

I think the yellow pipe adds color character. It makes it feel mystical, wile something's trying to pin it to the earth. It makes it more complex, emotionally.

I think this works very well. The exposure's spot-on and the composition really brings out the character of the color, as well as bringing the eyes through the door, to the figure. It's constrained, while still easy to 'walk into' the picture. Very nice.

No, no PS, except for the actual scanning of the print.

Thank you!
