Would be really interesting to see another shot with low sunlight, light and shadow would put emphasis on the land grooves and increase the impact of the foreground. This is not so effective in noon light, and I would crop from the bottom here

Well, it happens that the man is an actor acting as a statue in the street. The closed eyes is part of his acting. Thank you very much

Excellent capture of these greeny line pattern.... wow, I like it.
I think I would have cropped the line of the horizon on top, but still is an excellent photo.
Bravo Al, 7+
Khaled.

I think you mean something like this one.
I like it, too, though I do not like it with no horizon at all.

Thank you very much

I really like this, however if I could make a suggestion it would be to crop it so there is no horizon (or at least make it straight) but I think the composition works better with the lines taking up the whole frame. Of course this is just my opinion. I really like the lines moving the eye through the frame.

Reply to Khaled:

I don't know under what conditions you tried it.
In this case it was early in the morning, I has the sun almost behind me, and behind the web was a lot of empty space over a river.
As the web strings were very billiant and the background was dark, the camera tended to overexpose the web, so I used an ev of -0.33 to compensate.

Good luck on your next try, my friend
My best regards
