I like the color in this picture.

I like this, I think the way the lines of poles lead the eye into the shot is very effective. The colours are good (gotta love Velvia) and it's framed very well. The way the clouds in the sky seem to scatter away from the top of the first pole is very effective. Nice work.

Ti scrivo in italiano perchè sono più spontaneo...e spero più corretto Questo scatto l'avevo già visto ma forse quel giorno mi mancava l'attenzione necessaria per apprezzarlo al meglio; adesso invece, nella calma più assoluta, ti dico che titolo più giusto non potevi trovarlo, i colori sono stupendi, e il fatto che la donna abbia il volto celato dalla ringiera rende il tutto ancora più onirico e misterioso, ma nello stesso tempo estremamente rilassante. E' veramente difficile riuscire a rendere tutto questo in un singolo scatto. Dal punto strettamente tecnico poi non ho niente da ridire anzi, tutti gli elementi che hai incluso nella foto, scritta compresa, contribuiscono al risultato finale e soprattutto fanno in modo che si respiri l'aria della metropoli. P.S. Adoro i mattoncini delle case e l'entrata con le scalette stile Bronx.

A very good photograph. Lots of great color, well exposed and good focus. There is so much to look at here that a good sized enlargement would help catch all the little things the eye tends to miss. I thinks it is all because you captured so much excitement. But, like my folks always say, "strong fences make for great neighbors." I do like borders. They are good for people.
