Thanks, Gary. This fog is very common here on late summer and early autumn mornings and although it's a nuisance for driving, it certainly provides many atmospheric photo ops.

There is a likeness to an old-style cathedral, the image works very well with that in mind.

A creepy old building like this deserves a fog to show it off at it's eerie best.

I like the way you've centred the oblivion. Really does convey for me a fear of what lies ahead, of the future. I wouldn't drive along this road too quickly. The grain certainly adds to the atmosphere.

Thank you for the comments, Anson. I always enjoy seeing the different ways that abstract images are interpreted by various viewers.

An ethereal, other-worldly, somewhat disturbing image to my mind, Kurt, with the formed cylinder in the center left beckoning me to enter but also obscuring my vision. The misty look add mystery and a sense of foreboding, a scende that probably came from a nightmare someone had. I like this image a lot, although it disturbs me a lot too. Anson

Hi Pam, glad you like this one. The ironic thing is that patience is not one of my strong points. I sometimes think that God is trying to teach me patience through photography. lol
I can't deny that digital is much quicker and more convenient and I do use it. But there's a special quality about film that I'm not ready to give up just yet.

Thanks Pam, this was a case of being in the right place at the right time AND having a camera handy.
The Lord only knows how many shots I've missed by neglecting to carry one at all times...

Hi Kurt. This is one of my favorites of yours. I love reflections, and color of course. I'm not a huge fan of editing with PS, and so it makes this all more impressive to me. You have a great eye:)
