A great expression captured with a good exposure throughout and nice blurring of background. A suggestion . . . crop in closer and eliminate the distracting vertical elements on the right hand side. This would make a stronger composition IMO and let us concentrate on the boy.

Like the photo, you can tell that the geologic structure is similar to some of my stomping grounds in upper michigan. Good job, love the colors.

Very nice, just a little tighter crop I think would have enhanced the image by drawing the viewer more directly to it.

Nice use of selective focus and minimal DOF.

Also, a great subject to use for this type of shot. The flower center has so much texture that you can see exactly where the focus shifts from sharp to OOF.
