Rain runs down the windows
Like tears across my face
Beauty in the form of wet disgrace
sometimes you think you're all alone
surrounded by dampness, so far from home
hail is the form of heavenly justice
that one wouldn't care to miss
subtle auspicious warnings mask the stink of death
get away from it all, find solace in meths
we all balance on the tip of a pin
staring over at worlds edge, trying not to fall in
love is a journey which is never ending
and a broken heart takes a long time in mending
to figure out love you don't need to be a wiz
but in the end, it is what it is
and love is just a symbol
an idea
sometimes filled with lies
but let me tell you something, symbols can be destroyed,
but an idea never dies.

Wonderful..Amazing..Breathtaking and suffocatingly beautiful.
I just cant believe my eyes. It looks like a wonderland. The magnificent sky and the panoramic view with a solitary boat and a partially obscure man in complete silhouette are enough to create a rare dramatic story.

Yes Riny. You are absolutely right. And I also try to follow this doctrine. Though this photograph was shot in the early morning, the sun was not visible clearly as the sky was overcast with heavy monsoon cloud.

Thanks Angshuman for your encouraging comment. I shot this in the early morning where light was dim and the sun was behind heavy monsoon cloud. That is why I kept the contrast low..deliberately low. And the horizon is also deliberately tilted to simulate some unusual vision. I love to experiment and try not to get prejudiced with photographic rules. To me, photography is a beautiful art form where the photographer has plenty to experiment with.
I am really delighted that you loved the shot. And also appreciate your constructive criticism.
