thanks, i tried to capture the desolate but yet very amusing atmosphere at the site. because every time i go there, they show to be a happy community of people, joking around and making quite some money as well. (more then the average salary of the region). but still,they deserve it. the working conditions, the stench and the millions of flies are near to unbearable.
the man in the foreground is actually a woman.

Because i went there as a photographer for an NGO working in that particular neighborhood in Ambon (near the central market) on reconciliation between Muslims and Christians. So I spent quite some time there and also talked to the father of the child.
