If you are using a recent version of Adobe Photoshop
try the Save For Web option. That should allow you to reduce file sizes with minimal loss of quality. Apart from that I would agree that, yes, you should try to get rid of the videographer.

Many disturbs and pixels, not very good tones, maybe better a PS post-production, in my opinion. Good moment captured.

Once again- just to let you all know- there was a lot of loss of clarity & sharpness on the upload. I obviously haven't figured out how to shrink my file sizes without a lot of loss!

He may be upset to be called a soldier. He is a sailor. Just kidding!. As a portrait it is a good picture. It has the look of propaganda posters. Since Your brother and the aircraft are turned in the same direction, they indeed appear to be jutting ahead. I like the way You placed Your subjects leaving a lot of space in the direction they are looking. It always creates a pleasing effect for the viewer. Good job!

Well, thought I'd try out everyone's suggestion and add a little contrast. It's not as crisp as I'd like, but let me know what you think! I added a bit of contrast in Picasa.

Hello Elizabeth this is a beautiful shot of your son taking a nap. Just an opinion, image could use more contrast as it appears flat but other than that a winner. Thanks much for the comment to my image, best wishes.

Very nice capture Elizabeth, I like the grainy effect, it gives the compositing a feeling of age You added the final touch with this nice frame, very well done, Cheers,
