Sorry for taking so long to respond to your question.....there is about a 100 miles of these Mtns running North and South this pictures is part of the Mission mountains. Lots of great lakes up there also.

What a beautiful location... I like your framing and how the riverway entwines through the image. Looks like there were some scanning issues... there seems to be a lot of dust and scratches throughout. IF you have any photo editing software perhaps you can clone out the little white flecks of dust. Because other than those distracting fluffs, this is a really great image!

It is a nice picture by the way, I like the colours (especially the contrast between the yellow line and the blue mountains).
