Bad scan yes,(and trust me, i deal with this all the time-thats what happens when people actually still use film : ) but definately good image.
Just a suggestion here. The color in this is beautiful, but the detail of the background dont neccessarily need to be present.
What im saying is, the plant in the front has really neat detail. With a much more shallow depth of feild, it would stand out so much more. This way you would still get the colors of the background, but it would be blurred out, and everything would be focused on the tree.
(ha, and im not trying to insult your intellegence-maybe you already know all this)If so, smack me up side the head! : )

Amanda, mon cher!!
Another beautiful photo of your statuary!! Not a computer user very much nor PS literate, the only thing I can see you doing is in the area of DOF. I use the same cameras as you for most of my shots and have to maintain the depth of field to get rid of background 'noise'. The photo is superb, as usual!! Wonderful angle and detail. Keep it up!!!

Wonderful photo!!! You have gotten quite a moving image here. I have heard that when photographing statuary, you should treat it like a portrait. That's exactly what you have done!!! Your angel looks like a stone person. Great shadows and depth. I love it!!

These are all old pictures that I've been uploading recently because I just got a scanner so now I'm able to and I honestly dont remember a lot of the stuff. So I'm really sorry about that but once I start uploading recent work I will do so, Thanks for the comments

awesome, i like how the frame(?) on the right balances with the darkness on the left, and how uneven the glass your reflection is on, it makes more movement (yeah, i'm learning new terms and stuff in my art classes)
