They certainly do seem to always fly away just while you are composing that great shot. You have done well here and even though the butterfly is only smal in the frame the composition makes it work. I love the patterns the grass is making.

Thanks for your comment. Yes I took this picture in an aquarium. I took several pictures because this animal is fascinating. I love the way they "light up" when there are lights on the top of the aquarium. Unfortunately, the glass of the aquarium being dirty (you can imagine all the kids touching it ), not all the pictures are that good but it's worth spending time on it. Sometimes the results are quite good. No finger prints nor light reflexion on the glass.

Great shot! I love the colors and enjoy viewing jellyfish photos like these. The cool colors combined with the intricate details are mesmerizing to look at. Nice work!

Wow.. This is an unusual splendid capture that you've done here Christophe. The usual is to show, human face concentrated, thinking, with different expressions in their eyes, or on their faces, but here you did differently, and the result is excellent.
First the colors that are really well managed, and then, the choice of DOF, pretty good.. and finally, we look at his eyes..and this is astonished!! A such expressive eyes!! One feel the thinking in!
Your image is perhaps the confirmation of the strong links that we have with the monkey race
Excellent in MHO..7++ and in my favorites
