What a magnificant sunrise you saw. Amazing colours.

The next time you are looking through your telescope, try getting a picture of the Moon. A steady hand and stubborness work well.
What kind of scope do you have?

My husband was so excited a couple of years ago when he came back from the bush and had seen a Titmouse. They are not common here, I think he was lost. Cute little things they are. Nice capture.
Mary
Richard, thank you so much for having a look at my pictures and for all your encouraging comments. They are appreciated. Also, they led me to your portfolio and I saw some great pictures that I had not seen before. (I particularly love those reflection ones.)

The design this makes is so unique. Great capture. The water is so still that on first look, it is hard to see where the water stops and shoreline begins.

Great picture, Richard. Since i got my camera at Christmas time, I've been waiting for a nice aurora display to see if I can get a decent picture. Of course, we haven't had any to speak of since.

Really nice, pretty blossom, it seems nearly every flower I took a picture of today has appeared on the site this evening, and I must say, all better than my shots. Nice detail and clear sharp colours

Wonderful spidy shot Richard. I love the dof and composition. We do have some beautiful spiders here in Virginia. Take a look at a few in my portfolio. Thanks for the comment on my Robin.

Yes it did work the slight shimmer on the branches makes it look like a reflection and nice crisp detail on the ice crystals

Again, great mood and capture of the cold. To answer your question, it does not look like a reflection on the water, but I think the perspective works. Good work.
