Nice, but...I think the mouth could be less glossy/saturated so it doesn't compete the eyes. The eyes arew injected and and the left corner of the right eye is shadowed. The imperfection of the skin are too visible (I'm not talking about the nice reddish spots) - try to soften the skin in Photoshop. Try to cut 1-1,5 cm from the down side of the image and tell me if you agree that the composition improves. Good luck!

This image really makes me feel good - I guess there must must be the colours. I'm not sure about the little stars on the background. A stronger light behind the the glass could do miracles.
