So real. Great angle- see things more than looking straight on. The textures and colours ..and his face. Amazing.

It might not be a great camera, but you have a nice coastline and a good time of day for photos. I think maybe right before the sun dipped behind the clouds, it would have been great light shooting 180 degrees from the sun.
Straighting the horizon, and placing it off-center could also improve. I think minimizing the amount of items in the foreground could help the composition as well.
