I dont really see any noise in this photo. There is the detail of the veil. Very nice composition and tone, and very expressive look on the subject. Very nice portrait.

If it was taken in color you can go into and take the best channel say red which is usually the better one and use that. There is software to smooth it out but you used a high ISO. Used your tripod next time and use a slow shutter speed that what I rather do for I hate flash also.
