Rachel says that you look so blazing hot in your profile picture. I am so afraid that she is going to dump me for you (again). I think that my girlfriend wants you because you look so super hott (yes, double "t" on that hot) in your profile shot...

I will give you the good and the bad on this shot:

GOOD- the model, her expression, and the lighting

BAD- it seems that there is no main focus point to the picture and I don't like how centered she is

Overall, it is good but it could be a lot better, don't you think?

A very interesting photo. What really makes this shot great to me is the contrast between the extreme highlights and the super-dark shadows. I really like this shot because I think that it represents your "style" well but I am curious to see if you took any shots at this location with the cars as light trails while they were moving?

This shot originally caught my eye when I first checked out your portfolio. The color to it is so perfect and keeping the bottles as sillhouettes works really well for the mood of this picture...

This shot is great. I really like the gold color to the sand and the lighting is great but the best part of it all is the idea and the creativity. This picture tells a story and it conveys emotions...

Very original shot you have there. I like the shadows of the forks on the bottom and I like how nothing is really symmetrical but it all hints at perfection...

This is honestly an amazing shot. There are a lot of good shots out there on usefilm.com but this is one of the best I have seen in a very long time. This shot is going into my favorites...

This shot is really good Seth. I am really awestruck at the moment because of this photograph. What more to say about a perfect shot?

Thanks for the comments Tim, I'm going to check out your stuff today. The funny thing about the "Anson and Joy" series of shots is that I did them really un-professional. I shot them all on Kodak High Definition 400. The film is so cheap and it really isn't the greatest. These are friends of mine and they are getting married soon so I shot the SAVE THE DATE pictures for the postcards that they sent out to people before the actual invitations. The shots turned out really well but we really had no plan of where we were going to shoot and how we wanted the shots to turn out, I just shot a role of film at a few locations and they turned out really good. Thanks for the comment...

I'm super immpressed right now. This picture is really really good. I like that you changed it to B&W from the Kodak color film. B&W's are always better in my opinion and this shot is especially good without color. I also really like the effect you have going to help make this shot look vintage. Another thing that helps the vintage look in this shot is the particles of stuff flying around in the air around his face. It gives the pic a really cool look...

I completely agree with you Rebecca. I like the B&W a lot better too but my reason is mostly because in the color everything looks more blown out and over-done. Thanks for the comments...

This image is really really good Gayle. I really like panoramics and this is a great one. Besides being a great photograph it also a nice feeling to it and a perfectly fitting border for this type of shot. Something about this picture just hints at greatness...

I do wish the light was balanced a little bit better. I would have had to do that with a cooling filter since my camera wasn't digital. The thing that I like about the oranger tones is that it resembles the sun by the color of the shot and with the lines on the wall being similar to rays from the sun. It kind of has an interesting feeling to it that I really like...

Yes R.R., I love the B&W's. I think that B&W's are always better because you have to rely on a great photo rather than a decent photo with great colors...

Yeehaw! That's the one I was talking about. You goota love the shadow/night/bench picture that we have all grown to love. This shot needs to get printed and entered into the fair. There is money and gear on the line and I really think that this shot is about perfect. The idea is great and the tones are amazing and there is nothing to say except for really really great hings about this picture. I am going to nominate this shot for photo of the day in the donor only forum...

Go Miles! You tell her baby! You tell her about that shirt! Do you like how I cropped myself out of the original image? I like this shot much better now that it is all panoramic and stuff and I like that it is of you only and not myself. When are you posting the shadow/bench/night picture that I really like a lot?
