hy marie craig, nice to hear your words about salzburg. our village is 10 miles in the south of it - beside hallein. i don?t know which church it is, maybee the "Universitätskirche" or the "Dreifaltigkeitskirche". the shot is verry ok.

"I wish" are the first words under many of my photos! But this was a moment well chosen and the photograph works well as it is. I wonder how many people take B&W with a digital camera? Piano keyboards are the ideal subject if you do, of course.

It's a beautiful chalet, but two things bother me about it. 1) The sky isn't interesting. 2) Buildings usually look better if taken a bit from the side and not straight on like that, to make them look more 3D.
Where is it, by the way? It looks like Gstaad to me.

hallo Marie Craig, i use your impressiv storm shot to tell you - the two gys visite a school in hallein/austria (http://www.htbl-hallein.salzburg.at/Bildhauer/index.htm) studying art (skulpture). the shot was taken on a one day trekking tour with the school.

Hello Marie , this is a good nature shot with a very nice atmosphere , but you do not have a center of focus in this image , as personal tast think of a small object like a boat or a human in the water forground to be the center of focus , because this image as it stand alone now could be a perfect background .
