very creative image. I like the "elongated" curves and lines. Interesting perspective -- Kind regards, Rafael

Very attractive picture. The colourful flowers against the almost monochrome bg make a really pleasing arrangement.

Very interesting creatures as they provide some interesting poses while watching out for predators. One of my favorite animals. Nice capture of diligence!

Hai Amitava.
One of my most favourite types of situations. I can hear the singer singing very clearly and I know what he sings. Your pic speaks (sings!) as well very nicely. Congrats. BTW why no new pics, in the hangover of the last outing?

Look at that .. for us who don't know these animals, it's quite surprising to see that animals are all much alike ;-)

There might be some problem, else tons of comments would have poured into such a beautiful pic. Congrats

Amitava - a very good catch. Looks really dry there. Possibly less exposure would have helped, and getting those horizontal lines at more of an angle to give more feeling of depth. Very good, nonetheless.

Don't know about the species, but I would have liked the picture more if those buffalo's would have been not so very in the middle of the picture... Cover the left 'empty' part of the picture with your hand so those rendeers get more into the lower lefthand corner and see it gets better.

Nice shot, I like the composition with the shadow. Shadow resembles different deer, no antlers.

I watched a documentary on TV 2 weeks ago where a killer whale (an orca, right?) drove itself up onto the pebble beach - which must have hurt - and snatched a young seal. Other than watching footage of tornados and, alas, the recent tragic tsunami, I think it was one of the most powerful images I've ever seen in nature.

Thankfully in this instance the baby seal got away, albeit with some teeth-marks.....
Steve.
