This is a beautiful dogportrait. Fine compo. Perhaps a tiny bit more contrast would do. Would remove the dots from scanning(?).

wonderful image .. your eye is wonderful .. this image could be joyful to one and haunting to another .. it's rich to me ... tonalities are strong here and the horse in the sky is wonderful - this image reminds me of the master street photographers - it's a wonderful work ..
