Hayri, marvelous colour and your composition is excellent with the fishermen's silhouettes.

What an exquisite profile, and the lighting accentuates her beautifully.

Sandy, good I can be creeped out too. He's a cute young man in the original, not a quite an oddball. Fun!

A really lovely & gentle portrait Alessandro, wish I had one like this when I was pregnant. It's beautifully lit.

Sandy, interesting perspective but it works well, almost like viewing him through one of those door peepholes. Great colours.

Dan, this makes a super abstract. I like your lighting.
Do you like the camera? I was considering it if it is good in lowlight situations. How's the shutter lag?

Gaetan, a beautiful auditorium, and a beautiful capture of it. They must have been an attentive audience to be fairly still in an 8 second exposure.

Excellent portrait. The lighting is superb. I feel she isn't that old as to not still possess bright eyes. She is careworn I feel from probably a very hard working life, but her eyes are marvelous. I speak from one who is nearly 53, and hope my eyes are still viewed as somewhat youthful.

I love the golden light in this wonderfully pensive portrait. Beautiful work.
I'm extremely fond of the wall she is standing in front of, it looks art nouveau, one of my favourite periods.

Anna, very cute, and this does have great contrast. It is wonderful that the sled has been handed down to another generation. I bet he has lots of fun!

This looks so traditionally Chrismas Gaetan. So lovely, we had Spring-like weather, not quite the same feel. But in NZ I always had a summer Christmas.

Really beautiful Gaetan, I love the way the long exposure has given what would probably be really dark a lovely colour on the rooftop and sky.
Wishing you a very Happy New Year!

Hi Micky, this is a lovely Christmas image. Happy to see you back.
Thank you so much for your very kind words and I've enjoyed your work too.
My oldest daughter became engaged today and there is a possibility she will be living some distance away within a year, so this Christmas was extra special.
Happy New Year to you and your family.
