Mood and composition of this picture is very good.
I like at the lighting (is it the sun or lighting of the street)end of the railway makes the picture become more interesting.

Very effective perspective, with the relatively bright rails moving from background to foreground. You might have cropped this differently, but then you might have lost the perspective, whihc, as I've said, is very good. The other elements of the photo--the fog, the light, the people moving in darkness--suggest loneliness. Very emotive shot.
