Wonderful implied story and lots of symbolic ques for us to play with: no delination of the ceiling; the size of the little boy by the table; the crack separating the boy from the couple... Not just a very visually interesting space but also good use of it. Must have a Jungian day for I really like the staircase too :-)

very nice simplistic capture ama. id personally crop it in a different way. this fellow there at the table seems so alinated. i reckon it would create an amtosphere of solituse and seclusion. just an idea. but its a craking shot! compliments.

best wishes, jacek

Fantastic perspective.. The different parts of the shot, with the different texture give the impression that your image is at different level..
This is well seen, and well done
Congrats

Creative lines, great lighting, a well conceived image. Somehow the man at the bottom seems accidental. I might have cropped the right side to pull the central vanishing point to one side.

I don't know why, but it's tough to make out heights and elevations in this shot. The stairs seem flat. I find it tough to describe it, but this shot has no sense of heights. And thats what I like about this shot!!

Wonderful portrait of a hard working man. I clicked on this thumbnail because it reminded me of my uncle's work who is a professional. He loves the labor worker shots just like this. I'll have to show him this. Great tones and I love the choice of low angle giving the shot a little more perspective. The gloves hold a lot of interest for me as well.

If you'd like to check out my uncle's work sometime...
