I think what's not to get in this image is the blurred unidentifiable subject. That said, the blurred unidentifiable subject is somewhat pleasing to the eye.

Apparently, there is a lot to not get. I believe it is people being too superficial, if you will, and get lost in the meanderings of the real world and loose their imagination.

I don't understand when people say "I don't get it". You look at an image and there it is right in front of your eyes. What's not to get?
