This is not the Pope,,it is a FLOAT,,,,and nothing humorous about this one either. You not only think the President of the US is funny, but also a religuious leader. Nice. I assume you are from Scotland,,you need to get out of country a bit. You wrote me this: Dear GJNoni-I do find the effect you have applied here delicate and charming. By the way, my photo of President Bush WAS a photo and if you bothered looking properly instead of getting on your high horse you would have seen that there were people there. If you dont believe me, go and see my latest entry"The Pope". There are some people that appreciate satire and political humour. I do wonder why some of you are feeling so defensive about your president? Difensiveness usually comes from insecurity? I do feel for you. LOL,,,Kita you Twit, take a long walk off a short bridge, OK??

You hit the nail with this one Ray. Before I saw Dawn's post,I was thinking I would have called this "Pondering a Future." I am no pro, but I am giving it a GJC (GJ Choice Award). Great shot!

One other thing,,I see a lot of PS photos here ( I call them touched up),,,,and this photo, obviously two photos in one with a background,is very good art.....I can not figure out the low ratings,I gave it an 8! I guess if it is not a sunset with water, a barn, a bridge, or a tree it does not rate,,lol

Very nice piece of art work,,,,,,I disagree with Scott on the "head room" but agree about her "rear placement." If she were a tad to the right,,,,,, Nice work here Gary. (I would have put the copywrite in lower right or none at all instead of over the girls head)

Very nice capture Rena. I like the texture, composition, lines and color. You have a good eye to see this. My only question is in the "focus." To me maybe better is flowers were in focus (?) Then again, maybe not. Be intereted in other opinions and what you think?

Maybe they should have called it "phallic"?? lol? At any rate, it is a highly interesting architecture. You captured it well Megan, the composition and colors; very good. I also find the old (on the right), and the new, juxtaposed nicely.

Bryan,,,,nice shot,,,,,having said that, in my humble opinion, I think it could be a great shot with some cropping (?) Taking the back ground out (sky and rock hill). The texture of the barn, fence and reflection are the main things seems to me,,,,,,,great subject.

That is the way Ray-- when someone says "liked to have seen more", and what we,or they, do not realize is there was maybe a dump truck for example parked just to the left,,lol.

Ray, I like the color and lighting on the tree a lot,,,,and I think that is the bluest sky I have ever seen! My head though, wants you to back up so I can see the whole tree and/or that building at the bottom. (?) Maybe crop the building out and see? Just a suggestion.
