A very natural portrait with god depth of field. I think the colours you have captured here show why film remains superior to digital for skin tones. My opinion anyway.

Very nice. I love how you have set the focus just on the face, & even the earing & neck area are out of focus. Also love how the hair falls on one side of her face, & the same side is dark black. Perfect & natural tones.

Regards.

This is a really good portrait patrick. I particularly like the cropping and also the direction in which she is looking, it makes the photograph much more dramatic. Great tones and lighting and composition also. Well Done.

I'm impressed with the framing here. My eye is pulled up up up to that cool window. Like Murat and Drica, the green tones work well for me.

Everytime I see images from this museum, I'm reminded why I absolutely must visit someday.

How was this taken, Patrick? Were they shooting on location and you managed to get close enough when the cameras weren't rolling? This is so different from your other shots that it stands out. It looks as if it was taken with a very long telephoto lens, but you don't give any details of camera/lens, so it's a bit mystifying. I would have upped the rating for lighting if it weren't for that blob of light on the head of the guy in the supporting role... [grin]
