Beautiful capture of this Cardinal. They are such a fun bird to watch. Your use of DOF and sharp focus along with the inclusion of the bird feeder make this a very eye catching photo. Well done! Darryl

Lee, You have great reason to be proud of both the photo and the moment. You were in the right place, right time, right light, right camera, right lense. Great job.

I did have the chance to see the Endeavor space shuttle arrive at Los Angeles but no photo ops. About 3 months later I did go to the museum and see it up close. That was fun.

Again, congratulations on a job well done. Darryl

Beautiful Stan. The colors almost jump out of the picture. I really enjoy the contrast of the darker background and the flower. The sharp focus is wonderful. Congratulations Stan!

Greetings Terry, This photo was taken at our home in Neosho, Missouri (about 18 miles south of Joplin, Missouri). For us, it was a pretty heavy snow year. Matt is riding in about 10 inches of snow at the time of the photo. By the time it was finished snowing, we had almost 3 feet. That is pretty heavy for this part of the country.

Great details and color. A little more light on the head would be nice but that's not always an option. Welcome of imageopolis! Darryl

Very nice capture. The colors are really outstanding. Your focus, DOF, and presentation do a wonderful job of seeing the food of life. The water drops give it a true sense of freshness. Darryl

Thanks for stopping by Clay. I get a kick out of hearing the males cocalizing their challenges to each other. I sounds like kick starting a big motorcycle that just won't start. Until mating time, there isn't a lot of movement on the bit males. It takes a lot of energy to move one of these 2,000+lb mases around on the sand. Darryl

David, Great job on capturing the mood of the country church. The church in very unique but viewed from the cemetary makes it kind of spooky. The clouds and the sun/moon kind of makes me shiver a little. Great catch. Darryl

Francisco, This is a wonderful photo. It is so full of things to see. The man in the gondola, the flowers infront of the window, and even the reinforcement plates to stabelize the wall by the door to the left. The sharpness of focus, the brilence of the colors, and the composition are wonderful. Thank you for the enjoyment. Darryl
