Very nice image. I would like to seen the eyes have more detail and be sharp. When taking portraits or animals or people the most important feature is the eyes.

I like the pose. However, I don't understand if you were trying to make the subjects look red or if the red tint to their skin is a result of the red background being relected by the flash. If this wasn't so red I'd really like it.
