Lovely macro Peter,
Great colours and the focus is crystal on the eye, just as you want it to be. Just too bad about the left wing that is a bit soft,still a marvelous shot though. Well Done!

Nice shot. I quite like. Perhaps a bit too much sand in the foreground, but otheer than that, very nice. A lovely tranquil scene.

Hi John,
Its been a while! Nice work here, I love floral shots. Perhaps a bit tighter crop(square) cutting out the little purple knob in the bottom right hand corner and the leaves and the right, would have shifted the accent even more to the lovely flower. Nevertheless a lovely shot.

Yes it was quite exciting. She had some serious beginners luck that day, first cast first fish ever! And that after I've been trying for about an hour without any luck.....
Good to be back, Ive been vert busy the last few months, its been a while since Ive touched a camera. Hope you enjoy the trip down here, its winter then, so you should go to the Kruger park, thats the best time of year for gameviewing there.

Its been a while! Ahh the colourfull dressing rooms of Muizenberg. Many a shot has been taken of these over the years. I like your composition, the shot is maybe jsut a tad overexposed. Maybe the use of a CP filter could have helped?

Every now and then, you see a photo on this site that reminds you once again why you love this wonderful art called photography. Why it is worth it to get up in the cold and go search for that special moments and sceneries. This is one of them.
Excellent composition and lighting. I can feel the cold looking at this shot. Well Done, the reward is very deserving!!!

Good solid composition. Lovely light and colours in the top halve of the photo. Only thing bothering me is the large black area in the right bottom halve. Well Done
