woooww , woderful ..
i think it could be a very good cinematic shot for a scary movie  .
great mood , good distribution of the white light over the buildings which make a connection between that in the sky.

it is just like an artistic painting , this black vertical line in the left is perfectly achieving the balance in the photo , simple but great

when windows are opened to be closed One should wonder is it possible that oneday windows could be closed to be opened ?!!
any way,great composition , good relation between 3 diffrent materials (metal,wood& stone)& a well done details..perfect
