Thanks so much, Al. I appreciate it. It's perhaps a little simplistic but somehow that adds to its strength, I think.

That's an interesting thought...a field of flowers, rather than the sea. Thanks for the imagery and lovely comment. I hope you'll check out the rest of my gallery if you get a chance...

WOW!
Well done, Kim.
Nice colours and composition, but it looks more like flowers field, rather then a sea.

Thanks so much for your support, Alan. To tell you the truth, I'm a little surprised myself. I thought it was a pretty interesting photograph and more people might have something to say but... Anyway, you never know what'll get comments and what won't! Heehee. And we create art because we are compelled to do so - not for popularity - or at least most of us don't... :)

Thank you, Daniel. I have a tendency to notice things most people wouldn't so I often take photographs from weird perspectives...hence this one. Heehee. Thanks again.

I'm thrilled you like this image so much and that you added it to your faves. The flower really was just about perfect - I just was lucky to capture it at this moment and with the raindrops on it... Thank you very much.
