About: (2002) I'm a 34 yr old Computer Systems Consultant by day and a 34 yr old frustrated photographer at any other time.

Mum gave me a Praktica MTL 50 the 1st year after I left school (1986). I've taken some photo's I am proud of with this gear. I still use it. (Wonderfully fine and cheap lenses can be found for a Pentax-type screw mount)

I've only really been really into photography since 1998 and have recently lucked out on finding a reasonable a EOS 1N with 28-80 F2.8-4 L USM lens. Now THAT's put the spark back!
