About: I am a transplanted Texan up in the Paradise of west coast Canada, where there are mountains, ocean, salmon streams, bears, seals and eagles -- ALOT of nature, my primary photo interest. I own a Canon AE1 Program with several lenses, but I haven't gotten it out since I got a low-powered (1.2 megapixel) digicam for Christmas. I forego the better resolution and zoom capabilities of the 35mm SLR for immediate image gratification and ZERO developing costs of the digicam. I sure enjoy perusing this site and seeing others' work -- you are all my collective muse.
