Well seen, good use of motion blur, well composed/ cropped. I thought about a B&W, but the strong yellow is an extra nice stylistic element, IMO. This zoom range is perfectly suitable for this kind of shot. My 10-22 lens is mounted all the time...
Cheers

Hi Thilo, I've thought about taking the ratings off of mine at times. Not because they are low, (I think too high compared with some people's) Somehow it doesn't seem fair that some images can show a 6.5 rating with 3 or 4 positive comments, when a really great shot will only register a 5.6 with 40 positive comments. maybe I just have to learn how to interpret the rating? Hi Thilo, I really like this one! The composition and the colouring are wonderful. I can sense the speed and some confusion or tension from the girl because of it. I still don't understand how anyone can make anything out of the rating system we have here? I know it is weighted to try and compensate for people who rate too high all the time. I really can't see how the rating numbers are relevant. For this reason, I never rate anyones images. I think I have only rated a couple during my first few days using this site. Andre

PS. I once was caught in the Berlin subway/train for riding without paying....I was taken to an office and the man took my passport. He told me the fine was 200 DM.....i finally got off the hook by playing the dumb Swede...
