I completely understand, Jude...and I don't blame you one bit (or a bite!) for wanting to be put under. I told them before my first root canal that I'd rather be in a delivery room giving birth...they thought I was crazy ~ I was NOT kidding!! Dentist are rich evil people!!

You are very brave to go in without anesthesia, Dear Rafi! I cannot imagine and it makes my breathing difficult thinking about it!! Hugs to poor, Rachel, I can sympathize with her greatly :) Enjoy your weekend!

Cute expression and certainly conveys the word Dentist to this cowpoke. She'll rope twenty horses before she rides off to the dentist

Oh, how I can sympathize with this poor J.! although I, personally am not too afraid of the dentist, even have some cavities filled without local anesthesia, Rachel, no child anymore, won't even go to the dentist, a friend of ours, without me at her side and won't open her mouth without an injection. Excellent photo, by the way, portraying all the poor J.'s feelings. Sorry, deasr Janet, to be late & short in responding to your kind comments on my recent photos. although well by now, I've been otherwise occupied. Best regars, Rafi

Oh Janet, I love it! And I know how she feels! Wheh I was her age (a very very long time ago) I would have 10 to 16 cavities at a time, my sister would have NONE! Not fair at all! And I "really didn't like" my dentist, he was very rough. But now I have a dear friend who is a wonderful dentist and I don't cringe when I have an appointment! I hope it doesn't take your adorable child 50 something years to get over it!!! Sorry I went on and on but this image just reminded me of the old days! Take care my friend and tell her to hang in there! Darlene

This clinches it...I want her.
(You've no idea how much I identify with this image, Janet...I'd rather submit to invasive surgery than visit a dentist. Thank God for good genes and strong teeth.)
I'll pick her up at 7:00 pm.
(Did I mention I ask them to put me under for a teeth cleaning? After the unfortunate biting incident--such a fuss; I barely drew blood--they now have the happy gas ready and waiting for me as soon as I walk in the door.)

Oh bless her Janet she has got the cutest little frown on her forehead, white knuckles on the desktop and the eyes, oh those eyes. Fabulous.
My youngest daughter had terrible milk teeth but as a grown (groan) adult she has perfect teeth with very few problems. Today my Bestest Wishes are for my favourite cowgirl and her dental future (oh, tch. alright, Mum (MOM) can have a bestest wish as well!!)....Ray

Good one Janet! I took your advice and purchased some foam core board and some shower flooring. One more question if you don't mind...:) Do you use lighting against the foam board or just window lighting? I just love your high key images...maybe someday I'll pull one off! I haven't had much time to play lately though...:(

Well it just doesn't get any better than this Janet. what a great idea and so effective to only barely see her eyes. If these shots are pre-planned then you are doing a great job of making them look very candid. A great shot and a fun end to a really entertaining series.
Cheers - Ann :)
