a perfect symbol of many ideas hit my mind instantly, first i liked that it is out of scale, you cannot know the scale of your symbol, that means this could be a toy and the ship of life at the same time, then came the idea of sailing in the light, knowledge, wisdom, sailing...an endless journey to the unknown, there is always something to see, something to learn while we are sailing through our lives, you were able to symbolise an endless stream of ideas only by a 3cm toy lenght.
that what i beleive you managed to do in a very creative way.
the image is excellent as well, i may think also that the shadows should be directly behind the ship, but its o.k., i like the composition, well done
