Well Vanessa!...in reply to your Question....Yes the Bill Board...is a Picture of Downtown Calgary....and the Calgary Tower...is an Observation Tower & Restaurant..Which is very Popular...particularly for Tourists.....!

The city skyline is lovely. The Calgary Tower in the bill board is keenly placed exactly below the tower.
