Hanggan, this picture can do a lot of good for these people, A poster showing the other side of tourism or part of an essay on the way people have to live. Maybe some closeups of the people that live there - to put it on a personal level.
How can people ignore this? Not for long.

You are right not so nice: sad that people have to live like this and sad that the government knows but not acts.... Wonderful shot of a sad situation, fabulous tones.... good composition/perspective... well done!!! IMO it would've been even a stronger shot if the housing was more promenent... now my eye kind of sticks/gets stuck on that barrier with pipes.... I had a go at cropping a bit (well a lot really... LOL)... hope you don't mind... this is what I came up with... ;-D!!!
