Thanks for looking Giuliano, I found the APX-25 at my local supermarket (only time I've ever seen B&W film there) and bought all they had - about 20 x36 exp. It was really cheap as it was just out of date and I've been using it from my fridge since when I can take the time and use a tripod.

Wow,
you still have an Agfa25 ASA! Where did you find (or lost ) it? :)
I would like to see this image with more bright contrast.
The tonal range with PS is probably squeezed by the high light of the sky and so the rest of the scene stay in a limited range of greys.
Try to force the levels and increase the contrast (as using a more contrasted paper).
Forget the tones in the sky because it has not any important texture.
