S'pose we'd better start calling you the Clitheroe Kid from here on Ade. Glorious image of part of the country I adore. Lancashire always held an attraction for me which emanates from the old railway days. You see my interests lay in the old London North Western/LMS parts of the country and as such anything north of Crewe on the western side was Mecca to me. Den

Looks like a nice place to live if you ask me except for the weather. I'm solar powered and don't do too well if I don't see the sun often. :)
Great photo though. I love seing these little villages. They're so much fun to shop through.
Cheers - Ann :)

ooooh - it's always been close to the border, but never been in the white place!
Within 2 miles at one stage!
Now it's about 10 miles or more to the border - which can't be a bad thing!

This is the real home Danny, Lancashire - I just squat in Leeds :-)
It's a stupidly expensive place to live now - in Manchester's commuter belt and has a lot of jobs in the locale. Well over 90% employment, close to 100% I think.
I'm from a village on the hill - just to the left of this shot.
