I like it Sian. It does seem like the whole photo sort of leans to the right. Maybe that's what's bothering you. A different arrangement or maybe straightening one of the outside ones would help.
I really like the pics though....you've caught such a cute moment and used a great prop.

*I used a large white foam posterboard for a backdrop in my photos that you asked about. And window lighting...cheap & easy :)
