Chears Tim - I just got a very 2nd hand D1X and was out playing with it last night - you're right, I'd have like the DOF a little deeper but I never seem to be able to get it right! I'll keep trying though. Thanks

fabulous colours. well done Jason.I would like to see the DOF in this image a little bit greater, so the entire leaf is in focus, and a bit more contrast on the leaf so it pops out even more. Overall, a wonderful image. I just took a couple leaf pictures, i believe one or two of them are up on my page. Keep up the good work.
