About In 1975 Tuol Svay Prey High School was turned into a prison known as Security Prison 21. It became the largest centre of detention and torture in Khmer Rough's Cambodia.
Nowadays there is the Tuol Sleng Museum. A visit is a profoundly depressing experience only for "strong" people.
